Johnny Yungut Tjupurrula

With works in many important collections in Australia as well as a large number of collections in the United States, Johnny Yungut is an important and sought-after artist who painted for Papunya Tula (first from 1978 and again from 1991). His paintings depict the dreaming stories and travels of the Tingari Men, who in mythological times travelled over vast stretches of country.
